Secular Upheaval is a progressive rock band from Athens, Greece, known for their experimental sound that pushes the boundaries of conventional rock. With their unique lineup of two bass guitars the band creates a deep, immersive low-end foundation, setting the stage for intricate rhythms and complex structures. Their music blends progressive and experimental elements, with influences from stoner and goth that add texture and mood to their atmospheric sound.

Formed by Dimitra (drums), Chrysi (vocals), Dora (bass), and Constantinos (bass), Secular Upheaval is united by a shared vision of creating music that goes beyond the ordinary. Their lyrics dive into introspective themes, exploring the emotional and intellectual complexities of the human experience.
