Fuzzing Nation was formed in late 2022 after three guys, well-acquainted through Greece’s metal scene, crossed paths: Angel Ioannidis (vocals and guitar) and Stavros Giannakos (bass), both active members of doomsters Sorrows Path, along with Terry Moros (former drummer of Crystal Clear, InnerWish, etc.). All of us have extensive experience, having participated in studio albums and countless live shows across Greece and abroad.

The band took shape almost immediately from our very first jam session in the studio. We didn’t set out to label our sound; instead, the music led us in a direction that felt natural, comfortable, and, above all, one that made us groove and truly enjoy ourselves. The result was a blend of 70s-inspired sounds with a fresh twist on the fuzz-driven sound we love – reminiscent of bands like Kyuss.

Within just a few months, we had four tracks ready for our first self-titled EP, which we recorded live to capture the raw energy and passion we bring to our rehearsals. And that’s exactly what we achieved! The outcome exceeded our expectations and inspired us to approach the band with a renewed sense of purpose, yet with the same love and authenticity that we put into everything, free of any pretensions.

We promoted our EP through YouTube, Spotify, Facebook and Instagram, and received quite an unexpected level of support for a new band entering the realm of heavy rock giants. This initial success gave us the spark to move forward to the next chapter – our new work titled »Into The Desert«.

This EP, with four new tracks, was created with dedication and focus, this time with special attention to arrangements and a high production value to bring out what we had inside us. We wanted to take the next step, one that would elevate us to a new level.

Now, this EP is available on all platforms, and we are incredibly proud of it because it reflects what we truly aspired to achieve as a band. From the first day of its release, the feedback has not only been overwhelmingly positive but often surpassed even our hidden hopes.

Our goal now is to play as many live shows as possible, to connect with audiences directly and bring our work to life in a setting where our stage energy can win over even the most challenging listener. By next summer, we aim to be ready with a full-length LP that will be even stronger.
