Sounds For The Lost Generation

Introducing: Three-piece stoner/hard rock/blues band Chamán from Veracruz, Mexico!

Chamán from Veracruz, Mexico is born with the goal of experimenting and finding their own sound; influenced by their Latin roots and genres like stoner, rock, blues, and metal. They are inspired by the magic behind the spiritual experience; the discovery and ancestral understanding of the synergy between being and the universe. Something they wish to convey through their music.

Chamán’s first studio album »El espíritu de los maestros« was released in 2022 via Vinyl Records. The band also unveiled a music video for the song »Coralillo«.

Says the band: “It consists of six tracks of what we consider to be stoner hard rock-blues. The album is an internal dialogue reflected through epiphanic passages. For us, the creation of this material proved to be cathartic.”

Produced and mastered by Alham Arellanos.

Chamán is:
Víctor H. Beltrán – Vocals
Jonathan Emerson – Bass
Alham Arellanos – Guitar
