Courtesy of Road To Masochist:

Tooms is a metallic sludge trio from the west of Ireland.

Drawing inspiration from ignorant caveman riffs, doom’s thick tones, the raw attack of hardcore and death metals cold aggression, they offer a unique cocktail of filthy, pummelling hefty that is comfortable exploring more progressive and experimental territories.

After opening for titans Crowbar and Weedeater, and playing a handful of Irish festivals, in 2024 & 2025, Tooms went under the radar and recorded a second full length with longtime collaborator, Chris Quigley, in The Meadow Studios.

Tooms now release thier sophomore album, »Karst«, which has been mixed by the legendary Matt Bayles and mastered by equally legendary Chris Fielding.
