Dakat Doomia is a doom/sludge/stoner metal band located in Israel.

“Dakat Doomia” (דקת דומייה) is Hebrew for “Moment of Silence”.

Says the band: “We officially released our self-titled album. We dont have a lot of words to describe the feeling of releasing new music, but to us it feels like the world desperately need more music.

To make an album is like to take a very fast picture of a moving and ever changing organism, you will capture a snap of it and when you look at the photo later thats what you’d remember it like, but you know in your mind that the creature is ever changing. So are most bands, this album describes perfectly this era of dakat doomia and we feel like proud parents. And we know you’ll dig it.”
