Italian death doom metal band Assumption stream a teaser video for their upcoming full-length album, »Hadean Tides«, which will be released via Everlasting Spew Records (EU) and Sentient Ruin Laboratories (USA).

Says the band: “The celebration is about to begin. Our new album »Hadean Tides« will be available soon on all formats via Everlasting Spew Records and Sentient Ruin Laboratories. Full cover, tracklist and release date to be unveiled in two weeks.”

Death doom explorers Assumption are finally back with their most ambitious, punishing and visionaire work. Prepare thee for a psychedelic and obscure journey!

Following their critically acclaimed EP »The Three Appearances« and debut album »Absconditus«, the band continues developing the psychedelic aura to reach a new level of sonic deviation where visionary Floyd-esque sections are combined with extremely heavy, downtempo riffs.

Initially started in 2011 as a studio-project with David Lucido (Bottomless, Shrieking Demons, ex-Haemophagus) on drums and Giorgio Trombino (Bottomless, Becerus, Elevators To The Grateful Sky, Shrieking Demons, ex-Haemophagus) on vocals and all the other instruments, Assumption have managed to set up a live line-up throughout the years, sharing stages with bands such as Esoteric, Demilich, SubRosa and so on.
