Rome, Italy based experimental/stoner metal trio Sonic Bong has just released their self-titled debut album on February 5th, 2023.

The band comments: “Our 2018 self-produced album »Sonic Bong« is released on Bandcamp, Spotify and YouTube on February 5th. This moment is very exciting for us. We never found a label that belonged to us, but after the struggles, the pandemic and a thousand other projects here we are, naked, raw and independent as you know us.”
