Italian heavy psych/desert rock quartet Matra return with their fourth album »Matra IV«

Milan, Italy based heavy psych/desert rock band Matra stream their fourth album, entitled »Matra IV«, which was just released on July 8th, 2025.

Matra is a Milan-based hard rockin’ quartet formed in 2003 by guitarist/composer Paolo Bramino.

Their musical style fits between stoner rock, heavy blues, rock’n’roll and psychedelia. The band has realesed 4 albums: »Missione Delta« (Last Scream Records, 2005), »Roots2thesky« (Resisto Distribuzioni, 2015), »Matra III« (self produced, 2019) and »Matra IV« (self produced, 2025).

In these years Matra have played many gigs all along Italy, at festivals, clubs, etc., mainly sharing the stage with other worldwide underground rock bands.

The fourth album »Matra IV« is available immediately in digital format at Matra’s Bandcamp page. As for all other digital stores the release date will be July 26, 2025.
