Italian heavy rock trio Underdogs has revealed a lyric video for their new single »Stonerland«.
»Stonerland« is taken from the band’s upcoming album, which is scheduled for release next year via Go Down Records
Italian muddy rockers Underdogs are thrilled to share a new song from their upcoming album, to be released in 2024.
“Our new song »Stonerland« is dedicated to the Heavy and Stoner scene with explicit references to Black Sabbath, Kyuss, and QOTSA. We’ve thought about our beginnings, and all the years we spent in the rehearsal room looking for new sounds and inspirations. We celebrate the cheerful spirit that pushed us to start playing together and emulate our idols.” – Underdogs

Heavy rock power trio from the province of Venice (Italy) formed in 2005 for a common addiction to some stoner cult bands (Kyuss, Melvins, Black Sabbath, Fu Manchu). Between 2006 and 2015 an intense activity: several gigs in Italy and Europe, various record releases, compilations, parallel projects; 3 official releases for Go Down Records: »Ready To Burn« (2006), »Revolution Love« (2011) and »Underdogs« (2014). During their live activity they have shared the stage with artist and bands like Nick Oliveri (QOTSA, Kyuss, Mondo Generator), Nebula, Karma To Burn, Josiah, Colour Haze, OJM, The Answer, Brant Bjork (Fu Manchu, Kyuss), Black Rainbows, The Last Vegas and more. After a break between 2015 and 2022, the band members decide to restart the Underdogs project, and works on new material: first single and music video »Die Or Dance« was released in April 2023.
