On November 6, the upcoming fourth studio album »Faded Dreams« by Italian psychedelic rock outfit Tangerine Stoned will be released via Go Down Records. Today, the band has unveiled the second single from the record, titled »A Song For Jeffrey«. The track is accompanied by a lyric video, which you can watch HERE.

“This song is our ode to friendship and to the poetry that lives in Romagna’s nights,” Tangerine Stoned comment. “For us, it’s the album’s most powerful moment: a raw, distorted blues harmonica that slowly opens into a finale driven by a Hammond organ, with a nod to Ray Manzarek. At the heart of the lyrics is Jeff, drifting through the dark like a character pulled from an old American movie.”

Tangerine Stoned’s upcoming full-length record, »Faded Dreams«, was written and composed over the course of a year by siblings Christian J. and Danielle Gasperini, together with Francesco Guerra. This new chapter gathers the images and visions that have long accompanied the band: winter seas, endless roads, motels appearing from nowhere, distant cities burning on the horizon, and nights when everything seems to change shape.
More than a story, »Faded Dreams« is a place where the sacred and the profane share the same path – where reality and imagination coexist without needing to be separated, and where certain visions return year after year. Perhaps »Faded Dreams« existed in the world long before it became an album. Someone, long ago, had already pledged their heart to it. All that remained was to find a way there.
Self-recorded at the band’s private studio in Bevano Hills, the album will be out via Go Down Records in vinyl and digital formats on November 6 and is available for pre-order HERE.
