Genoa, Italy based stoner rockers Temple Of Deimos have recently released a music video for »Death March« featuring Nick Oliveri (Mondo Generator, ex-Kyuss, ex-Queens Of The Stone Age) on guest vocals. »Death March« is the title track from their latest digital EP, released on April 5th, 2023 through Argonauta Records.

The band commented: “We want to present you the official video of »Death March«, the new song that we wrote with uncle Nick Oliveri, we think that is a honest video diary of every moment that we spent with Rex.”

Temple Of Deimos has built a relationship of friendship, respect and admiration that has strengthened over the years with one of the greatest rock and roll musician, a true rocker… Mr. Nick Oliveri, with whom they shared the stage in various live as opening act and backing band.

From this comes a remarkable collaboration in studio that gives life to »Death March« lyrics and vocals by Nick Oliveri, music by Temple Of Deimos.

The song contains everything the band learned from the desert stoner scene, and with the powerful and scratchy Nick’s voice could be mistaken for a B-side of »Rated-R« or even »Songs For The Deaf«, »Fuck It«, »Cocaine Rodeo«, »Dead Planet«. »Death March« is recorded live except for the only voice, but we are all very impressed by the outcome.

»Death March« is recorded, mixed and mastered by Mattia Cominotto at Greenfog Studio in Genova (Italy).

The Italian stoner rock trio was formed in 2006, channeling the flavor of groups such as QOTSA and heavily inspired by the Palm Desert and 90’s grunge scene. Temple Of Deimos have toured with acts such as Nick Oliveri or Dandy Brown of Hermano to date.

Creating their fuzzy, heavy yet psychedelic desert rock sound in a distinctive shape, the band’s upcoming album will even see them to get out of their comfort zone, ultimately cementing their own and unique character.
