Claymore is a four-piece metal band from Jersey, Channel Islands, producing an original sound, deriving from grunge, stoner rock and doom metal influences.

The band comprises of James McMillan (rhythm guitar), Theo Ibbotson (lead guitar, vocals), Perry Mesney (bass) and Loic Hanby (drums).

Claymore about »Houndskull«: “We just wanted to make a post (better late than never) to announce that our album is officially out on all platforms.

This album has been in the works for the best part of 10 months, it feels great to finally have it out there for everybody to listen to. We worked incredibly hard writing and brainstorming a narrative for this, we produced and mixed it all in-house, so we’d love to hear your feedback on the album and the mix.

Special shoutout to our good friend Tom Rolls he once again delivered with the fantastic piece of art that is now our album cover. He listened to our demos, heard our ideas and came out with this thing of beauty that perfectly captures the images/landscape in which the music takes place.
