Melbourne, Australia based heavy psych/stoner rock trio Seedy Jeezus has released their new studio album »Hell Yeah!« on July 9th, 2026 to mark their return to Europe this past summer.

Tracklist:
01. Riff Song
02. Warwhores
03. Hell Yeah!
04. Evil (Cactus cover)
05. Pull Down The Shades (Toy Love/The Enemy cover)
06. Stoned Guitar (Human Instinct cover)
07. Midnight Sun (feat. Maurice Greer) (Human Instinct cover)

Created to mark the band’s fifth European tour, »Hell Yeah!« strips away the cosmic drift of recent releases and dives headfirst into loud, primitive, heavy psychedelic garage rock. Featuring brand new originals »Riff Song«, »Warwhores«, and the volcanic title track »Hell Yeah!«, the album channels the spirit of MC5, Comets On Fire, High Rise, White Heaven, and Flower Travellin’ Band.

The record also pays tribute to underground rock history with crushing takes on Cactus’ »Evil«, Chris Knox’s »Pull Down The Shades«, and Human Instinct classics »Stoned Guitar« and »Midnight Sun« – the latter featuring vocals from Human Instinct frontman Maurice Greer himself.

»Hell Yeah!« isn’t polished or restrained. It’s a high-volume celebration of riffs, fuzz, chaos, and the transcendent power of turning the amps all the way up.

Seedy Jeezus are one of Australia’s most formidable heavy rock exports – a power trio built on towering riffs, deep groove, and an unfiltered commitment to rock ’n’ roll in its rawest form. Drawing from the lineage of ’70s hard rock, heavy blues, and cosmic psych, the band have forged a reputation for relentless live performances and records that value feel and power over polish.

Over the past decade, Seedy Jeezus have become a staple of international underground rock circuits, particularly in Europe, where their loud, unpretentious approach has earned them a fiercely loyal following. Whether on sweaty club stages or festival bills, the band thrive on volume, momentum, and the communal electricity of live rock music.

Seedy Jeezus is:
• Lex Waterreus – Guitar, Vocals
• Paul Crick – Bass, Keys
• Mark Sibson – Drums
