“Aetos is a project, started in 2008. Inspired by life’s eventful moments. Powered by Christopher Hallerberg & Devin Castle, Aetos has become a channel which feelings of distress, love, abandoned and anxiety is projected.”

Aetos is a two-piece band from Central Arkansas. Using elements of doom, black metal, ambient post-rock and noise together. Started in 2008, as an instrumental project by Christopher Hallerberg. The first 4 full-length albums were fully instrumental, however, the 5th album »False Flag« incorporated vocals and was a concept album to stretch the sonic boundaries. The following album, »Don’t be Afraid« fully adopted the new sound moving forward with a sharper, tactical & traditional song writing style. In the spring of 2023, Devin Castle, long time musical partner & creator, joined the project. His contributions allowed for live performances and show execution.
