Pyre Fyre is a heavy metal band from New Jersey featuring Dan Kirwan on bass and vocals, Mike Montemarano on drums and vocals, and Dylan Wheeler on guitar and vocals. Starting out as a fuzzed-out two-piece, the band quickly shifted gears into darker and heavier territory, with the addition of guitarist Dylan Wheeler in 2022 after a series of lineup changes. Touching on hardcore punk, sludge, thrash, and psychedelia, Pyre Fyre’s debut finds the band celebrating their diverse roots as well as expanding the scope of the modern heavy metal lexicon.

This album was self-recorded over a six-month period at the band’s home studio in Jersey City, NJ.
