Listen to the first EP »Monuments« by instrumental post-rock project LostArchitectures

Isola‘s guitarist/keyboardist Ben Marshalsea has recently released the first EP »Monuments« by his instrumental post-rock side-project, called LostArchitectures.

Marshalsea says about this release: “Pulled from the archives, re-recorded the dodgy bits, VSTs updated to latest versions, thrown on new skills learnt in the intervening years. Written in a single Saturday late summer 2014 using largely single takes and improvisations. All thanks to continued support of friends and community.”

Marshalsea on Ben Marshalsea: “As for who I am, I’ve a long history in being that lurker that people know around Bristol/Bath music scene in the UK, and am one of the members of Isola, Svalbard’s perpetual support band, and used to be in Narcissus Pool, one of main bands in the early 2000s goth scene.”
