A 54-minute doom metal album. Slow, dense, and heavy, but also incredibly diverse: psychedelic passages, progressive elements, ambient sections, improvisations, and other surprises.

Methalox is an experimental metal project from Tabasco, Mexico. The music is created, written, and produced entirely by Joaquín Avendaño Tena. The project draws heavy inspiration from aerospace engineering and space travel. The name “Methalox” itself – along with song and album titles like »Pressure Wave«, »Correction Burn«, and »Titan Fuel Station« – directly refers to rocket science terminology (specifically methalox, the rocket propellant mixture of liquid methane and liquid oxygen).
