Desert Mantra is a heavy psychedelic/stoner rock band from Torreon, Coahuila (Mexico).

This EP captures a live session recorded in the Sierra del Sarnoso, a place where the landscape and silence blend with the heavy weight of the sound. Free of touch-ups and artifices, these songs were tracked in a single take, preserving the raw energy, mistakes, improvisation, and overall intensity of the moment.

More than just a live recording, this release serves as a document of a specific era for the band and the deep connection between the music and its surrounding environment. The echo of the mountain range, the open air, and the sheer grit of the performance are embedded in every track.
