First mini album (EP) of this side project formed by Francisco Alba (Godbelow, Bloodrain, Astral Evocation) and The Depressick members.
From náhuatl: tlal-li, “Earth”; yaka-tl, “nose”, “top”, “frontier”, and pan, “place”, so the meaning of the album can be traslated as “On Top of the Earth”.
