Mexico City, Mexico based instrumental doom/sludge metal trio Desollado has just unleashed their debut full-length album »Morir por Nada« this Friday, March 23rd, 2024 via LSDR Records.

Desollado is an instrumental doom/sludge trio from Mexico City formed in 2017.

Traduced as “skinned”, the name Desollado comes from the Xipe-Totec concept from the Mexican culture. Under this umbrella, the band delivers slow, deep & violent sounds with porpuse of self-regenerafion.

In 2018 the band releases their first work as a self-titled EP under LSDR Records, playing several shows in the underground around Mexico, including Lxs Grises Fest and opening for EyeHateGod in Mexico City in 2019.

Now as a trio, the band releases their first full album titled »Morir por Nada« which comes out on March 23rd. This new material was recorded and mixed at Grabale, Grabale studios by Héctor Fernandez, with original art by Leonardo Cardoso.
