Mexican stoner/doom/sludge metal duo Criaturas de la Noche presents their third full-length album, »El silencio en muertes estridentes«, which was released on July 8th, 2022 via Criaturismo Records.

Criaturas de la Noche is a stoner/sludge/doom metal band from Mexico City composed of George “Black Creature” on guitar and backing vocals and Víctor “Dragón” Sánchez on vocals and drums. Criaturas de la Noche formed in July 2015.

To this date the band released three albums. »Sed de Venganza« (2019) was recorded and mastered by Paco “El Mago” Rodriguez at Teatro de los Sueños completed in September 2018.

The second album »Los días más obscuros« (2020) which contains songs produced by Vlad Landeros (El Niño de la Pelota, La Monja), Nicanor Cuerda (Thysan) and Paco “El Mago” Rodriguez (The Curse, Broken Wings) was recorded between 2018 and 2019.

The band’s third album called »El silencio en muertes estridentes« was mastered and mixed by George Black and it was recorded at Command Music Records and at Ángel de Metal Studio in Naucalpan, Mexico. Album artwork by Ulises Gómez Silva.

All Criaturas de la Noche’s albums are released on their own independent record label Criaturismo Records.
