International psychedelic/space rock/krautrock project Moonseeds will release their self-titled debut album this Friday, June 28th, 2024 Sulatron Records and Blown Music.

Featuring Lex Waterreus (Seedy Jeezus), Komet Lulu (Electric Moon, ex-Zone Six, ex-Krautzone) and Sula Bassana (Zone Six, ex-Electric Moon, ex-Liquid Visions).

Sulatron Records is proud to release a very special album, a one of it’s kind.

In the year 2018 the Australian psych-rock band Seedy Jeezus was doing their European tour. After the tour their guitar player Lex Waterreus spent some days at the home of Komet Lulu and Sula Bassana (both back then of Electric Moon), and what would be nicer as to record some jam sessions. Three longer pieces got recorded and Sula did some editings and mixings. Then some years passed by…

In late 2023 Lex visited Sula at his new home after another Seedy Jeezus tour and they did some spare overdubs and finished the album. Mastering was done by krautrock legend Eroc. Cover art direction by Mr. Frumpy. Original image by Masiha Fattahi.

LP comes on 180 grams, randomly coloured recycling vinyl made in Germany (incl. download code). Limited to 500 copies! CD in gatefold digisleeve, lim. to 300 copies! It’s a co-release with Blown Music from Australia, who is doing a lim. to 100 copies run on green wax!
