Christchurch, New Zealand based heavy rockers Hecate’s Cult have released new music video for the track »The Darkness In Me« taken from their debut album, »The Path Of Night«, out on July 14th, 2023 via Madhouse Records.

Says the band: “After some radio silence we wish to present a gift as a thank you to everyone who has supported us on our journey thus far. This song means a lot to us and this video is our tribute to this part of the journey. What comes next is uncharted and we are excited to unravel the mystery of what awaits us. Hecate’s Cult is a heavy rock band from Christchurch, New Zealand. Formed in October 2020.

Born out of a desire to broaden musical horizons, Hecate’s Cult have exploded onto the Christchurch scene, and audiences can’t get enough.

Whilst new in name, the band boasts decades of experience creating and performing music with well known local acts including Corrupted Omen, Delta Storey, The Snake Behaviour and Rezination.

Since their post pandemic genesis the band has spent the best part of 2 years building a catalog, and working on their connection as a band, before unleashing themselves on an unsuspecting world with ruthless intensity in June 2022.

In their first year on the scene they’ve already released new music including the release of their debut EP, the follow up single »I Am«, and a full-length studio album »The Path Of Night« in 2023.
