Belfast, UK based industrial/death/doom metal act Disconnect has just unleashed their new album »From Faith To Death« on May 18th, 2023. Listen to the album on Spotify and other streaming platforms.

Says the band: “Disconnect has returned in its old industrial form with 8 new cathartic tracks. Whilst I’m totally aware that this project was meant to be gone, traumatic life events said otherwise so here we are. The album is available to stream everywhere and we’ll have some announcements about the band’s continuing future soon.”

The album that was never meant to be.

Conceptualised as an idea during Disconnect’s lifetime, »From Faith To Death« acts as a piece of unexpected emotional catharsis whilst keeping true to the vintage Disconnect (2011-2016) aesthetics.

»Firing Squad« and »From Faith To Death« were taken from the writing sessions for »The Sum Of Our Parts« in 2015, whilst »Rodent Harbour« also incorporates some instrumentation from this time period. All other parts have been written between January-March 2023.
