Belfast, UK based stoner/doom metal band Gravity Well premiere new music video for the latest single »The Abstract« taken from their second full-length album, »Negative Space«, out on February 23rd, 2024.

Gravity Well are a 4-piece psychedelic/stoner/doom band hailing from Belfast. Formed in 2019, the members are influenced by the likes of Black Sabbath, Kyuss, Sleep and Windhand.

The band’s lineup consists of Tom Finney on guitar, Michael McFarlane on bass, Ciaran O’Kane on drums and Fionnuala McGlinchey on vocals/synth. Together they generate slow heavy riffs with a prominent bass line and a contrasting female vocal.

“»Negative Space« has been a labour of love for us, taking a bit of a change in direction from our debut album, we’ve leant more into the stoner side and really experimented to find that signature sound which we think we’ve been able to do with this album, adding a lot more depth and consistency to our music.” says Gravity Well’s vocalist Fionnuala McGlinchy.
