New hard hitting rock band Skjenk announces debut album »The Thirst Amendment« and drops first single »Don’t Peak Too Early«!
Skjenk brings a thrilling fusion of rock, punk and boogie, serving as the ultimate soundtrack for your Friday night indulgence. Skjenk hits hard with howling Hammond organs and infectious guitar riffs, topped with rasped, shouty vocals that nod to legends like Deep Purple, Chuck Berry, The Hellacopters, and Lucero. Their lyrics carry pure rock grit: no gloss, no mercy, just life turned up loud.

Since their formation in 2022, Skjenk has devoted their energy to writing and recording their debut album while taking the stage for select live shows in their hometown of Bergen, Norway. Comprised of seasoned musicians from bands like Istårn, Bon Scotch, and Blodhemn, they have recently wrapped up production on their first album, titled »The Thirst Amendment«.
