The latest cinematic showcase from NYC’s blackened Caribbean doom trio, Precious Blood has been unleashed! The official video for the title track from new album, »False Prophets«, is available at YouTube HERE.
The video was written, directed, and edited by drummer Grace Perez, and produced by Eye N Eye Productions. According to Perez: “I used footage from our recording sessions at Captain’s Cove in the Catskills, combined with classic horror film concepts and the themes of our song, »False Prophets«, animated in a comic book style to make the final video of the album.”

Fully formed in 2024, Precious Blood brings together three veterans of the NYC scene – AJ – guitar, vocals (Jesus Knevil, Snake Canyon), Dave Kramer – bass, vocals (Blood Feast, Suaka, Stanley), and Grace Perez – drums, vocals (The Wickedexorcist). The band’s shared love of doom and underground metal is expressed in an unholy concoction of rum-soaked riffs, brutal lyrics, and mystical tribal sounds.
With a signature sound best described as blackened Caribbean doom, Precious Blood delivers a unique blend of doom and thrash metal influenced tone, mixed with lyrical themes that draw profound inspiration from the enduring spirit of the Caribbean, shaped by brutal history of colonization, unwavering resilience of its people, and exploration of the darker aspects of human existence, including death, contemplation of mortality and the complexities of human suffering.
