Denver, Colorado based blackened doom/sludge trio Oryx has unveiled the first single »Misery« taken from their upcoming full-length album, »Lamenting A Dead World«, set to release on April 30th, 2021 via Translation Loss Records.

»Misery« features guest vocals by Erika Osterhout (Scolex, Chthonic Deity), while Ethan McCarthy (Primitive Man, Vermin Womb) appears on the title track »Lamenting A Dead World« with some aural textures and Paul Riedl (Blood Incantation, Spectral Voice) provides keyboards on »Oblivion«. Mixed and mastered by Greg Wilkinson (High On Fire, Graves At Sea, Necrot).
