Peaceville Records to reissue Dolorian’s debut album »When All The Laughter Has Gone« on CD and vinyl!

»When All The Laughter Has Gone« – the cult 1999 debut album of hypnotic darkness from Finland’s Dolorian, will be released on CD for the first time in 25 years and receive its first ever vinyl release!
Cult Finnish blackened doom band Dolorian formed in Oulu in 1997, and released three influential studio albums between 1999 and 2006, along with an additional split 7” with Swedish extreme metal masters Shining in 2003. The band was subsequently laid to rest, with vocalist/guitarist Antti Haapapuro currently active in the equally dark act, Unfyros.
»When All The Laughter Has Gone« was Dolorian’s debut album, which was originally released in 1999. Throughout its duration, the trio (completed by Ari Kukkohovi on drums/guitar/bass, and Jussi Ontero on synths) conjure a series of sublime and hypnotic, sombre and ethereal soundscapes. The oppressive yet enchanting atmospheres from the synths twist amid walls of punishing guitars and sparse melodies to evoke an unmistakable sense of impending and resonating dread and despair.
»When All The Laughter Has Gone« was recorded at the renowned Tico-Tico Studios (Sentenced, Impaled Nazarene, Moonsorrow) in Kemi, Finland in 1998.

Following much demand in recent years as the enduring underground reputation of the band remains as strong and enigmatic as ever, and over 25 years since seeing light of day, this is the first CD edition of »When All The Laughter Has Gone« since its initial release and it’s first time being released on vinyl.
