Mrowie is a doom metal band from Wrocław, Poland. Their unique and heavy sound blends dark atmosphere with elements of sludge, blackened doom, and dark rock.

In July 2026, the band released their debut full-length studio album, titled »Zgnilizna« (Polish for “rot/decay”). The album immediately captured attention within the underground Polish metal scene for its heavy, atmospheric, and crushing execution.
