Inspired by NOLA sludge 90’s scene, Toad Twister’s first full release »Asylum Profanation« mixes different metal genres besides sludge, such as stoner-doom, hardcore and death. Different dynamics and bpm shifts creates trippy and unique style of their own. Simplicity and heaviness of the riffs creates a coherent whole along with crazy drumming patterns.

Lyrics often touch on controversial topics such as heresy, disbelief in God’s good will, religious horror, insanity, mental disorder, paranoia.

Band’s live performances perfectly demonstrate their dedication to their art. The energy, power and madness matches vibe of their filthy and ungodly sound.
