YASSNO is an instrumental progressive rock band from Poland. The group creates long-form compositions built through tension and gradual transformation, emphasizing listening experience over traditional song structure.

»Synesthesia« is a live recording of a single concert, captured without any studio intervention. The material was created as a document of a specific moment and space, rather than as a conventional studio release.
The concept is based on synesthesia – a phenomenon in which stimulation of one sense simultaneously triggers perceptions in another. The band treats music as a stimulus for visual, spatial, and emotional imagery.
The album is intended to be listened to in its entirety, as one cohesive narrative form.

»Synesthesia« is a live instrumental album situated at the crossroads of progressive rock, recorded during a single concert. 46 minutes and 30 seconds of one continuous form. No overdubs. No corrections. No studio interference.
This material was not created as a product. It emerged as a document of a specific space, a specific tension, and a specific exchange of energy between us and the audience.
The point of departure was synesthesia – a phenomenon in which sensory stimuli overlap and merge. Sound becomes color. Rhythm builds space. Harmony evokes image. We treat music as a trigger for imagination: visual, spatial, emotional. We do not impose interpretations – we leave room.
Each minute leads into the next. There are no singles extracted from context. It is one narrative. One wave.
»Synesthesia« works best as a whole – a cohesive, evolving form that begins in one place and ends somewhere entirely different.
It is a record of a moment that will never happen again. But you can step into it at any time.
