Portugese death/doom metal band Through Void released their debut album »Forsaken«; out now via Maledict Records!

Lisbon, Portugal based death/doom metal band Through Void presents their debut album, entitled »Forsaken«, which was released on February 6th, 2026 via Maledict Records.

»Forsaken« is now available on CD and in digital format.

Formed in 2023 in Lisbon, Through Void combines the somber melodies of doom metal with the aggressive intensity of death metal, creating a unique sound that resonates with the depths of despair and the peaks of existential fury. Through Void’s music is a reflection of their journey through the darker aspects of human emotion and the relentless pursuit of authenticity in their art.

Drawing influence from Slayer, Death, Bolt Thrower, Dark Tranquility and Carcass, the band crafts a sound built on crushing riffs, strong rhythms and solid songwriting.

Through Void released their first demo in 2024, followed by the single »Echoes Of The Forsaken« in December 2025. Their debut album »Forsaken« was released on February 6th, 2026, marking a major step in establishing the band within the underground metal scene.

Says the band: “We believe that true heaviness lies not in speed or technicality, but in the crushing weight of atmosphere and emotion. Our music is a ritual – a journey through darkness that ultimately illuminates the void within.”
