Austin trio Rickshaw Billie’s Burger Patrol share a new single, titled »Bough Down« from their forthcoming album »CA$H GRAB«. The song finds the band showcasing their absolute mastery of heavy hook-filled riffs and rhythms couched in earworm melody that would make »Green Album« era Weezer jealous. »CA$H GRAB«, which is still in production, will be announced in more detail at a later date. For now, dig in to the two bite-sized anthems from the album so far, »Bough Down« and the previously released »Peaches« on all DSPs HERE.

RBBP just concluded their »CA$H GRAB« 6-week headlining tour across North America, with multiple sold out shows. The band was joined on the entire tour by Austin punk-metal trio American Sharks (whose new album »Not Dead Yet« released in late April). Both bands made a triumphant homecoming performance last Saturday, for American Sharks it was also the band’s official hometown album release show.

“I guarantee you, it will be jammed firmly in your head for days on end.” — Metal Injection

“An instant earworm.” — Metal Sucks

“As ridiculously awesome as their big, dumb moniker would imply… churning out lumbering cascades of clobbering, trucker hat riffage that toe a slobbery line between Dinosaur Jr., Primus, Pantera and ZZ Top.” — Decibel Magazine

“Epically catchy… Imagine the ear-wormy fuzz-rock riffage of Dinosaur Jr. if it was played on an eight-string guitar with super heavy low-end.” — Revolver Magazine
