Church Of Cthulhu & Doomnezeu come together for »Atotțiitorul«, a bold and introspective split album. With two expansive tracks, one from each band. A journey that examines the universal struggle between Hell and Heaven.
»Atotțiitorul« is an exploration of the inner battles we all face. Hell is depicted as a self-created space of stagnation and false comfort, while Heaven represents the hard-won triumph of self-discovery and growth. The album captures the grueling yet transformative climb out of the depths, a theme that’s as personal as it is universal.

On Side A, Church Of Cthulhu, hailing from Bucharest, deliver their hypnotic, sludgy blues-infused doom metal. Their track pulls listeners into a murky, meditative state that embodies the despair and inertia of Hell. Side B introduces Doomnezeu, a melodic doom project inspired by orthodox traditions, who take the listener through a more uplifting yet haunting journey towards redemption.
The two tracks flow together as one continuous piece, offering a cohesive narrative of struggle and perseverance. Even the artwork mirrors this unity, with the front and back covers combining to form a single, striking image.
Available in CD digipack and 12″ gatefold purple vinyl, limited to just 250 copies per format.
This is an album that speaks to anyone who’s faced their own darkness and found the strength to climb out.
