Rosy Finch has released a lyric video for the track »Inferno« from their latest EP, »Seconda Morte«, out on November 4th, 2022 via Lay Bare Recordings, Discos Macarras and La Rubia Producciones.
»Inferno« is the second song for »Seconda Morte«, the last EP from Rosy Finch based on »The Divine Comedy« by Dante Alighieri. Musically speaking, »Inferno« summarises the journey to the underworld and the depths of Hell in a chapter full of intensities and darkness with heavy riffs, guttural vocals and a powerful rhythmic base.
This video lyric is a free interpretation of that path by Tom Hughes (Ritual Video) with movie clips from 1967’s »Viy«, known as the first horror film made in the Soviet Union (often claimed as the only). Directed by Konstantin Yershov and Georgi Kropachyov, the film is based on the novel »Viy« by Nikolai Gogol and was originally a Ukrainian folk story.

Rosy Finch is a noise/sludge/grunge trio born in Spain in 2013 with an eclectic blend of the 90’s grrls and a lot of alternative rock influences. The band builds a world through noisy elements and atmospheric vocals, at times delirious and at others full of rage, combining both insidious and heavy riffs to perfection.
