Neuropolis is a death/doom metal band hailing from Saint Petersburg, Russia. Formed in 2015, the band has established a dedicated presence within the atmospheric underground music scene by delivering a dark, slow, and heavy sound characteristic of the death/doom genre.

After sharpening their sound in the studio and performing locally, they gained broader recognition within the underground doom scene with their early releases. In 2018, they signed with the prominent Russian metal label SoundAge Productions to distribute their music.

The band became known for their melancholic themes, deeply textured guitars, and powerful growling vocals, which they frequently showcase at underground metal events such as the Doom na Neve festival in their hometown. Beyond their studio albums, the band has contributed tracks to prominent genre compilations, including the track »Опустошение« (Devastation) on the »Doomed & Stoned In Russia (Volume 1)« in 2021.

Neuropolis records predominantly in their native Russian language, leaning heavily into concepts of existential dread, grief, and atmospheric sorrow. Their major releases include: »Искушение« (Temptation) EP, »Голем« (Golem) EP, »Всё ничего« (All Is Nothing) LP, and the latest full-length »Петербургские Слëзы« (St. Petersburg Tears), released in May 2026 via Shark Music.
