Russian doom metal band Train To Elsewhere unveil their recent live jam, called »The Rites Of Samhain«

Russian doom metal band Train To Elsewhere has unveiled their recent live jam featuring two of their tracks, called »The Rites Of Samhain«.

The band comments: “This is a jam version of two of our songs from the »Samhain« album (»Samhain« and »Silent Guard«) with a drum solo. This is the heaviest recording of our band. We pay tribute to the heavy-doom bands of the late 80s and early 90s as well as to the spirit of the jam bands of the 70s.”

Train to Elsewhere formed in Moscow (Russia) in the end of the decade (2010-s). The atmospheric compositions are influenced by music of the eighties and nineties. The main styles that influenced the band’s sound are traditional doom metal, gothic doom, doom-death and neofolk, as well as classic proto-heavy doom metal sound. This is old-school metal!
