Thunder Volt is a grunge stoner doom metal band from Moscow, Russia.

The band formed in 2019. In January 2020, the first independent EP is released, which has garnered positive reviews. In December, a full-length album was released on the Swamp Records. The band’s songs have been featured on a number of podcasts dedicated to heavy music. One of the songs was included on the compilation »Doomed & Stoned in Russia Volume 1«.

The original songs of the band are a mixture of metal, stoner, doom and grunge. In addition to heavy riffs and downhole rhythms, the band’s music has a lot of bright melodies and hit choruses. All that the band members have come to love about heavy music for a long time, they tried to express in Thunder Volt.
