Pire are a 4-piece instrumental atmospheric post-metal band from San Diego, California. The band formed in 2019 from a collection of ethereal loving musicians who met through a community of local musicians. All fans of Amenra, Russian Circles, Yob, Pire’s unique brand fuses dynamically heavy and ear crushingly loud riffs with meditative and propulsive soundscapes that will make you want to drift into the celestial void.

Pire’s »Grief World« is a stunning instrumental album that transports listeners to an ethereal realm of atmospheric post-metal. Drawing influence from bands like Amenra, Yob, Omega Massif, and Russian Circles, this album is a powerful expression of anguish, loss, and the search for meaning and acceptance in a tumultuous world.

The album’s dynamic sound is created through a combination of guitar-driven riffs, atmospheric soundscapes, and crushing drums.
