Angelbite is an emerging doom/sludge metal band based in Glasgow, Scotland. Describing themselves as “central belt gloom”, the group is known for their raw, heavy sound, having recorded their material live and on tape.

The band released their self-titled debut EP in September 2026. The record was engineered, mixed, and mastered by Tommy Duffin at the 16 Ohm Studio. It features distinct handmade cover artwork created by tattoo artist Tom Maley.

To celebrate the release, Angelbite will host a free live EP launch party at the Glasgow venue Bloc+ on Thursday, September 24, 2026, performing alongside fellow local act Acid Reflux.
