Iron Buddha is a three-piece sludge metal band from South Florida making waves in their underground scene. With crushing riffs, earth-shattering grooves, and powerful distortion and fuzz, Iron Buddha is rooted in strong tradition while also breaking new ground.

Drawing inspiration from legendary sludge metal and post-metal acts like Neurosis, Mastodon, Isis, and YOB, Iron Buddha has created a heavy and dynamic sound unique to themselves. Their EP, »Raze//Repose«, is a new push in a new direction, showcases the band’s evolution as musicians, and solidifies their reputation as a formidable up-and-coming act.

Recorded, mixed, and mastered by Jonathan Nuñez of the Miami sludge band Torche, »Raze//Repose« captures the raw, unrelenting aggression that Iron Buddha has discovered in their sound.
