Evadne was formed in 2003 in Valencia (Spain) and is a melancholic metal band influenced by classical death/doom metal bands of the 90’s. The sound is based in melancholy, a desperate and devoted attempt to establish a band sound that cries for the deepest, most arcane and saddest feelings in humans.

Evadne unveil »The Fragile Light Of Fireflies«, an acoustic album where melancholy and beauty intertwine in an intimate sonic journey. Through minimalist arrangements and ethereal atmospheres, the band reinterprets and culminates their previous work, »The Pale Light Of Fireflies«, with a raw and evocative sensitivity.

The album features notable collaborations like Jaani Peuhu (Ianai, Mercury Circle, ex-Swallow The Sun), Mark Kelson (The Eternal), Carmelo Orlando (Novembre), Juan Escobar (Wooden Veins, Mar de Grises, Astor Voltaires), Carline Van Roos (Aythis, Lethian Dreams, Remembrance), and Natalia Drepina (Mourneress, Your Schizophrenia), bringing new emotional dimensions to the work.
