Swedish doom metal act Void Moon unleashed a brand new one-track EP »Waste Of Mind« via Obelisk Polaris Productions

Swedish doom metal act Void Moon has just released a brand new one-track EP »Waste Of Mind« this Friday, November 11th, 2022 via Obelisk Polaris Productions.

Tracklist:
01. Waste Of Mind (20:03)

Void Moon draws inspiration and strength from the old gods of Black Sabbath and Candlemass empowered by torchbearers like Solitude Aeturnus and contemporary bands like Hammers Of Misfortune and Grand Magus. The songs are written in the early doom vein and the lyrical themes surround Crowley’s teachings, death, philosophy and heathen rituals.

»Waste Of Mind« is a 20 min epic spanning everything from doom to speed metal! The lyrics tell the tale of a person being diagnosed with a brain tumour and how he handles the situation and finds a way how he might still live on, even if only mentally. Feel-good music not guaranteed.

The song features guest solos by Kjetil Lynghaug, Martin Jepsen Andersen and Håkan Stuvemark.

Artwork by Cecilia P. Landgren.

It will be released on a 6-panel digipak CD and digital. There will also be a very limited book-shaped box containing the digi CD, patch, exclusive key-ring, exclusive pin and a signed photo.
