Following the first two singles »Chainsaws« and »Reach The Sky«, Swedish female-fronted hard rock quartet Dieselbreather unleashed their debut album »Goddamn Electric Powerhouse Music« on April 28th, 2023 via Skulls And Flames Recordings. Featuring members of Kaross, Syconaut and Körsbärsfettera.

When the smoke clears at the stage there’s a 40 ton heavy screaming creature ready to kick the ass of the rock and roll business. This roaring creation that has promised the world that rock and roll will never die, with it´s members that are determined to save the world of music from itself and waning existence in cold basements and windy attics. Dieselbreather does not only celebrate rock and roll, we live, eat, drink, sweat and breathe rock and roll.

The strength behind the collective of Dieselbreather is that the band in its creative process not only get inspiration from the great album releases from the past, they can let a squealing Marshall stack at break neck volume pumping an awesome riff be the inspiration for a song, a thunderous bassline or grinding drum beat, a worn leather jacket with the right patch or a tour shirt from 1983 can be inspiration for a complete set of songs that are baked, boiled and forged into perfection in the blast furnace that Dieselbreather calls its rehearsal studio.

All of Dieselbreather’s music is jammed, recorded live and produced by the band in unity. They do not stop when they are tired – they stop when they are done, quality is always in favor of quantity and thats why a song sometimes can clock in at nine minutes or more.

Dieselbreather only creates music that they want to listen to themselves while headbanging, hellraising and drinking beer without being self-righteous or cocky.
