Swedish hard rockers Dead Lord released »Dystopia« EP via Century Media Records

Swedish hard rockers Dead Lord have just released their »Dystopia« EP this Friday, March 11th, 2022 via Century Media Records.

Says the band: “»Dystopia« EP out now on Century Media Records! We have had a couple of boxes with us on tour, thanks to everyone who have picked up a copy! We still have a few copies, but they’re going, going fast! Also available through the CM webshop. Awesome record cover Juan Machado, re-enacted by lads themselves.”

01. Dystopia
02. Sleeping My Day Away (D-A-D cover)
03. Ace In The Hole (Winterhawk cover)
04. Hands Down (Moon Martin cover)
05. Moonchild (Rory Gallagher cover)
06. I staden som aldrig slumrar till

From Century Media Records:

The »Dystopia« EP features 6 face-melting tracks of rocktivity including some previously unreleased goodness! Cover versions of »Sleeping My Day Away« (D-A-D) and »Ace In The Hole« (Winterhawk) are newly recorded versions which will help Dead Lord to further climb the rock Olympus! Furthermore, the EP contains »Hands Down« (Moon Martin), »Moonchild« (Rory Gallagher) and »I staden som aldrig slumrar till« (Swedish version of »Letter From Allen St.«). Those tracks were only featured on the Ltd. CD Edition of »Surrender« and are now available for the first time on vinyl and digitally.

The title track »Dystopia« (last track on »Surrender«) was too good not to give this one more attention. Therefore, this EP stands for this track, which will later also be adorned with an official video! The EP will be available as 12″ LP and digital album!

“Wax is the only thing that’s eternal! We know this as well as do you. So at last, here’s our latest single-gone-ep release, for you to enjoy. 6 tracks of something new, something old, something borrowed and something ice cold. A couple of unreleased tracks, homages to our fellow rockateers, if you will, along with some nuggets previously only digitally released, finally make their way to a face melting platter of rocking grooves. So even in the most dystopian of potential futures, where computers have long since lost to the nuclear storms, your record player will keep spinning. And rock will prevail!” adds Krim.
