Swedish post-metal masters Cult Of Luna stream their new EP »Beyond III, IV, V«; out now via Red Creek Recordings!

Umeå, Sweden based post-metal masters Cult Of Luna present their new EP, »Beyond III, IV, V«, released on August 9th, 2025 via Red Creek Recordings.

Guitarist and vocalist Fredrik Kihlberg commented: “Back when we recorded »The Long Road North« we had the idea to make different versions of »Beyond« – some with vocals and some instrumental – and have them appear as interludes on the album. Unfortunately they couldn’t all fit on the album so we are happy to share them with you now.”

For more than two decades, Sweden’s Cult Of Luna have forged a sound that has grown incomparable to that of others. Ambitious, epic, visceral, and drenched in emotion, they frequently craft songs that clock in at over eight minutes but make every single moment count. With 2019’s »A Dawn To Fear«, they delivered a career highpoint, and on 2021’s »The Raging River« EP, they continued on the journey started with that record, one that concludes with »The Long Road North«, which stands as one of their most dynamic and beautiful works to-date.
