What do you get if you combine a riff machine with the realm of doom, stoner, sludge, and progressive music? A process of alchemical transmutation creating the Stone of Duna. With the power of this stone and the tattered voice of fuzz, this quartet from Gothenburg creates the tunes you’ve always needed.

Stone Of Duna from Gothenburg, Sweden was formed in the fall of 2021 when the three childhood friends Max, David and Arvid teamed up with Marcus – former guitarist and lead clean vocalist of the band Grimner. Over the course of roughly a year, they developed a sound that could be described as stoner metal with more progressive elements.

They currently have three singles out: »The Seven Aspect Snake«, »Deathbright« and »Stygian Slumber«. All the songs share a progressive stoner type of sound, and every track is a musical trip with many twists and turns. The plan is to release an album in the near future, which will include two additional songs on top of the three already released singles. Stay tuned and stay rockin’!
