Swedish sludge/doom metal trio Kråkslott premiere new single »Aquanaut« from upcoming album »Into The Maw Of Yawn«

Stockholm, Sweden based sludge/doom metal trio Kråkslott premiere a brand new single »Aquanaut«, available now for streaming on all major digital platforms.

The band comments: “New single out now! »Aquanaut« is the first single from our upcoming album »Into The Maw Of Yawn«, blends sludgy riffs with kraut and punk. »Aquanaut« is about looking beyond what you’ve been given and seek something else, for better or for worse. Who knows what lies beyond the deep?”

Kråkslott was formed as a trio in the beginning of 2018 in Stockholm, Sweden. The moniker they adopted for their band is a Swedish word, which roughly translates to “old dilapidated mansion”, or literally “crow castle”. Their sound is dark and aggressive, tipping the hat off to classic stoner doom acts, but also the early Swedish metal scene.

Possessed by a relentless DIY spirit, Kråkslott record and produce in their own studio. A self-titled debut album was released early 2020, raw and live recorded. On their new EP, »The Witchhammer«, Kråkslott are showing a more deliberate and refined, but still as aggressive, sound.
