Godless Descent was founded in 2012 and is a Swiss stoner metal band from Naters VS. After some years of experimentation to find their own signature sound, the instrumental-only combo was joined by their now lead singer Christian in 2016. Since then, they’ve been honing their sound profile while playing regional stages in Switzerland.

Godless Descent’s sound has a deep connection to the grandfathers of metal while taking in influences by modern metal. True to their motto “We play instruments!” the band is focused on having fun with their music and experimenting with the endless possibilities the metal genre has to offer!

In 2023 the band released their debut album »Hazy Path Of Doom«, a culmination of their creative work in the past 11 years.
